Q: How long does each design take to complete? A: Each design takes approximately 7 hours to complete. Perfect for spreading over a few days or one cozy weekend.

Q: What age is appropriate for diamond art? A: We recommend ages 9 and up. The tools are easy to use, but younger crafters might need supervision.

Q: What's included in each kit? A: You get everything needed: pre-printed canvas, all diamonds, multiple tool kits (applicator, wax, trays), and clear instructions.

Q: Do you ship internationally? A: Currently shipping to US addresses only. International shipping coming soon!

Q: How long will my order take to arrive? A: Standard shipping: 3-5 business days Express shipping: 1-2 business days Orders process within 48 hours.

Q: Is shipping free? A: Yes, for orders over $75 (US only).

Working on Your Project

Q: Can I pause my project? A: Yes! Each canvas comes with a protective cover. Just cover your work area when taking a break.

Q: What if I run out of diamonds? A: You shouldn't need any more diamonds, but spills and housekeepers happen! Contact us! We'll send replacements for any missing or extra diamonds needed.

Q: Where should I work on my diamond art? A: Any flat surface works. Good lighting helps. Pro tip: use a tablet or book light for evening crafting sessions.

Returns & Issues

Q: What's your return policy? A: Unopened items can be returned within 30 days. We can't accept opened diamond art kits.

Q: What if my kit arrives damaged? A: Contact us immediately with photos. We'll send a replacement right away.

Q: Can I buy replacement tools? A: Yes! Contact us for individual tool replacements.
